Description

The (Toolbox Power Lock Retrofit Kit) Converts previous models of the In The Ditch Pro Series toolboxes to function like the Power Lock Toolboxes.  Remotely Lock and Unlock your toolboxes using a key fob.  Purchase one of these kits for each of the toolboxes you would like to convert to the Power Lock system.  Along with the toolbox conversion kits, you will need to purchase the ITD23467 Power Lock Control module and wiring harness to be able to run the toolboxes.  Only one of the Module kits is required to control (up to 12) toolboxes.  The system can also be wired to be controlled using a switch that can be mounted anywhere you would like in the cab.  On certain vehicle models that utilize simple 12 V locking systems for the door locks, this signal can be wired to the control module and the toolboxes can be unlocked or locked at the same time as the vehicle door locks.  The system can also be wired into the toolbox lights.  The lights will turn on for 2 minutes when the unlock button is pressed.  The lights will turn off when the lock button is pressed.  If the light button on the fob is pressed, the lights will turn on for 5 minutes then turn off automatically.
